"Health care service national standards" the first commitment to the unit

In August 2013, the State Council of the development of health service industry as an important starting point for the transformation of the economy of our country, put forward to promote the healthy development of service industry. In September of the same year, the State Council issued a number of opinions on promoting the development of health services ([2013]40) pointed out: health services to maintain and promote people's physical and mental health as the goal, including medical services, health management and promotion, health insurance and related services, and promote the development of non health care services.
